What we collect
When you join the waitlist we keep two things: your email address, and which part of Personalect you said you'd use first. We don't ask for anything else, and this site sets no tracking cookies.
What we use it for
- Sending you one welcome email when you join.
- Telling you when you can get in, and occasional news about the launch.
- Deciding which part of Personalect to open first.
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
Feedback on rewrites
Once the app opens, Pessoa highlights the changes it made to match your style, and you can mark each one correct or incorrect. When you do, we record your answer, the change it refers to, and which voice it was for, linked to your account.
We use these answers to tune your voice and to improve Pessoa. Answering is optional, and you can ask us to delete your feedback at any time.
You can also edit a rewrite in the web app before you copy it. By default we record only numbers about the edit: whether you edited, how much changed, and which highlighted changes you touched. We keep the wording of your edited version only if you turn on "Help improve Pessoa" in your settings.
Who handles it
Your email and answer are stored by Resend, the service we use to send email. The site is hosted on Vercel. Both process data on our behalf and only to provide their service. Feedback on rewrites is kept in our own database.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it. Every email has an unsubscribe link: unsubscribing stops all our emails, and we keep your email address only so we know not to write to you again. To have your details removed entirely, write to us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
